In this 1.5 hour breathwork workshop, you'll be guided through a conscious connected breathwork journey - a simple yet powerful breathing technique that can support relaxation, release stress, and help you connect more deeply with yourself. This will be followed by a brunch in the Orangery. Suitable for all levels, no prior experience needed. What to wear: comfortable clothing that doesn't constrict breathing.
Location: The Sessile Yoga Studio
What to bring: blanket or warm layer (your body temperature can drop during the practise), your own eye mask (optional - the yoga studio also provides them).
Please arrive before 10am, the yoga studio doors will be closed from 10:05.
Please note, this style of breathwork is not suitable for the anyone with the below conditions, please reach out if you'd like to discuss applicability to other health issues:
- Heart conditions like high/low blood pressure or irregular heartbeats
- Breathing problems such as asthma or COPD
- If you're pregnant
- Epilepsy or any kind of seizure disorders
- More serious mental health issues like schizophrenia or severe bipolar disorder
- If you’ve had recent surgeries - especially involving your head, neck, or spine
- Eye conditions like glaucoma
