This unique event combines the power of holotropic breathwork with a cacao ceremony using organic products grown by the Ashaninka community in the Peruvian Amazon.
This class will be a guided breathwork journey to connect with your heart, move stagnant energy, and promote somatic release and healing. We will then join in a ceremonial use of the heart-opening cacao plant, going on a guided meditation to connect with our ancestors, promoting family healing.
