Your instructor - Nicole Peter
Nicole is a certified instructor, she has guided hundreds of people in personal breathwork sessions and group experiences. She currently teaches in Tulum (Mexico), where she also hosts Yoga & Meditation Retreats. Nicole was born in Berlin, Germany, and lived in Latin America for the last 5 years. Her guidance is an invitation for you to explore the energetic changes through breathing deeper.
