Thanks to funding from Swansea Council COAST Funding, we’re offering two FREE breathwork courses for Adults Aged 50+ designed to reduce anxiety and support emotional wellbeing

Each 2 part course will be delivered by Penny Letchford, with advanced training in breathwork, yoga therapy and a background as a medical doctor, Penny offers practical, evidence-based breathwork tools to help people reduce stress and anxiety.

You will be taught practical techniques to manage immediate symptoms, cultivate a sense of calm, enhance self-awareness, and build resilience in the face of stress.

Suitable for anyone experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, or persistent stress – whether mild or more intense. No experience needed, and all practices will be adapted to meet your needs.

Choose from two course times:Option 1: Thursdays 14th & 21st August | 12:00–1:00 PMOption 2: Thursdays 14th & 21st August | 1:30–2:30 PM
