To help you get the most from your experience:
- Join 5–10 mins early to settle in and set the tone
- Create a calm space (somewhere quiet where you can lie down)
- Wear comfortable clothing—soft and breathable is best
- Avoid eating 1–2 hours before so you feel grounded, not full
- Afterwards: Give yourself 15–20 mins to rest or reflect before driving or jumping back into life

- This session is held live via Zoom—please ensure you have a stable internet connection
- You’ll receive full access details by email upon booking
- All sessions are in English and suitable for beginners
- Breathwork is powerful—and I want it to feel safe for everyone.

Once you register, you'll receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link and everything you need. I recommend logging in 5–10 minutes early to get settled.
