Join us for a deeply nourishing Breathwork session, designed to explore the complexities of letting go.

There comes a moment when holding on becomes heavier than we realize - when the stories, regrets, and old identities we’ve carried start to press against the edges of who we are becoming. With the breath we bring an invitation to soften into that weight and discover what it truly means to let go.

Through the rhythm of the breath, we unlock the quiet wisdom stored in the body - the unspoken stories, the places where life has felt strained, the spaces where we need to soften.

And we learn that in our hope of letting go, of releasing the heaviness, the stories, the stuckness inside us, that maybe the secret isn’t in pushing it away. That maybe the true release begins with letting be.

Breathwork invites us into this paradox. Instead of wrestling with our pain, we meet it. We soften into the tension rather than fighting it. We create space around the sensation, around the memory, around the ache, and in that gentle presence, something profound happens. Without force, without striving, the shackles start to loosen.

Healing isn’t about making anything disappear - it’s about allowing.

With every inhale, we welcome what’s here. With every exhale, we rest a little deeper into acceptance. And in that radical act of being with ourselves, fully, tenderly, unapologetically, what we thought we needed to let go of begins to dissolve on its own.

What to expect

This lovingly-crafted 2 .5hr Breathwork healing circle in Olivia's rainbow home studio will be an opportunity for some deep inner healing, connection and release.

Together, we’ll create a sanctuary where you can breathe, release, and remember the deeper currents of your being - a space without judgment, interjection, or advice.

Through guided Breathwork, heart-centred sharing, journaling, and gentle somatic practices, we’ll explore how to loosen the grip of past attachments, dissolve limiting beliefs, and open to the quiet freedom that waits beneath it all.

• An exploration of what letting go really means - why it's so important for our emotional well being and how to practise it. Whether it's past regrets, attachments or limiting beliefs, you will learn to loosen their grip and gracefully release them.

• A safe and supportive sanctuary for sharing from our hearts in a space without judgement, interjection or advice

• 25-30 minute Transformational Breathwork meditation

• 10-15 minutes deliciously heart-expanding integration

• Time and space for our hearts and bodies to settle before emerging back into the world
