Frequently asked questions

What do I need?

Somewhere comfortable to lie down where you won't be disturbed for the duration of the session. A blanket or covering should you get cold and your notebook to take any notes/reflections after the session.

I'm a complete beginner...can I come along?

Absolutely yes, I will guide you through everything you need to know/do.

Do I need to talk on the call?

Not at all, microphones will be muted throughout the session. There will be time at the end if people want to share any comments, however, if you do not want to that is totally fine too.

Do I need headphones?

Personally, I always use headphones for online breathwork sessions as it makes the experience better for me. It is entirely up to you if you want to use them or not.
