Breathwork for Navigating Change
A deeply self-nurturing, heart-tenderising and soul-nourishing healing circle, in which we will come together and alchemise what is keeping us stuck.

Transformational Breathwork can help release the charge connected to our core wounds and patterns that live in the subconscious. No one can breathe for you, so with the breath, you connect to your own power.
You are more powerful than you know and your body can become a safe home for you to live.
This type of Breathwork is a heart opening, active meditation technique that uses the breath to cleanse the body and nervous system of emotional debris.
You will be guided on an experiential journey of release and self discovery, utilising a blend of Breathwork, journaling and an invitation for sharing.

Details:
This lovingly-crafted 2hr Breathwork healing circle will be an opportunity for some deep inner healing, connection and release.
• An exploration of navigating change - the inevitability of change, the emotional experience of impermanence, our habits and tendencies to try and control, and the deeper needs underneath all these layers.
• A safe and supportive sanctuary for sharing from our hearts in a space without judgement, interjection or advice
• 25-30 minute Transformational Breathwork meditation
• 10-15 minutes deliciously heart-expanding integration
• Time and space for our hearts and bodies to settle before emerging back into the world
What is Breathwork?
Transformational Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses the breath to clear the body and nervous system of emotional debris. It is a somatic healing practise with the capacity to move and transform stuck emotional energy.
- Helps to bypass our thinking brain and quiets the incessant mind chatter
- Allows us to drop into the body and the heart
- Makes space for intuitive messages, ephiphanies and revelations
- Connects us to our life force energy in a deeply embodied way

When we clear our stuck emotions – all the thwarted experiences of sadness, fear and anger – our brains become more coherent and our nervous systems soothed. We start to feel calmer and clearer, and more able to live with courage, compassion and confidence.

Olivia is an IFS trained, Breathwork & Embodiment Practitioner, Space Holder, Intuitive Guide, Writer and passionate Self-Healer. She believes deeply that we are our own healers, and in the true alchemy of our own breath.
