Being a parent is the most challenging ‘job’ anyone can have. I found that if a parent doesn’t look after themselves mentally and emotionally, they pass on to their children whatever emotional state they are in - anger, guilt or anxiety… Despite a parent’s best intention sometimes they find themselves at the end of their rope and the children still need looking after. It can feel like there is no escape.
If you feel you are mentally or emotionally challenged by being a parent and want to do something about it, come and clear your emotional buckets.
