Breathwork for Relaxation - Hackney
Overview
Drop into a state of deep relaxation with this restorative breathwork class designed to soothe the nervous system and create a state of inner peace. Using gentle, mindful breathing techniques, this session helps you let go of stress, quiet the mind and reconnect with your body. Perfect for a midweek reset, it will leave you feeling recharged, refreshed and more present.
Each class is designed to guide you gently through the breath, helping to calm your mind, release tension and restore a sense of balance and wellbeing.
When: Every Tuesday, 6:00 – 6:50 pm

Breathwork is a safe, yet at times intense practise and is only recommended for individuals aged 18 and older. It is not suitable for pregnant women and certain medical conditions. The following conditions are contraindicated: cardiovascular disorders, convulsive disorders or epilepsy, recent injuries or surgeries, severe asthma (for mild asthma bring your inhaler), history of aneurysms, glaucoma, detached retina, lung, heart, or spinal issues, uncontrolled thryoid, diabetes and severe psychiatric conditions such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or psychosis.
