Join us for a deeply nourishing Breathwork session, designed to soften the transition from Summer to Autumn.

Through the rhythm of the breath, we unlock the quiet wisdom stored in the body - the unspoken stories, the places where life has felt strained, the spaces where we need to soften.

As we gather in this threshold between seasons, we mirror what nature is already teaching us: that endings and beginnings are inseparable, that release makes way for renewal, and that the breath - always returning, always flowing - is our most constant guide.

What to expect

This lovingly-crafted 2.5 hr Breathwork healing circle in Olivia's rainbow home studio will be an opportunity for some deep inner healing, connection and release.

In this session we will:

Open with grounding, intentions, gentle exploration

We’ll begin by arriving fully into the space with somatic awareness, tuning into our bodies, releasing the noise of the outside world, sensing into the seasonal shift.

🌙 Journey inward through guided inquiry

Through sharing and gentle reflections, journaling and somatic practice, there will be space to meet ourselves with compassion and curiosity. We'll be exploring what within us needs nurture and attention, how we experienced summer and how we can bring softness and space into navigating transitions.

🌿 Explore the breath as a portal

Using conscious Breathwork, we’ll move beneath the chatter of the mind into deeper layers of presence, accessing the wisdom stored in the body and nervous system.

🔥 Release what no longer serves

Breathwork allows us to soften the grip on old stories, outdated identities, and emotional residue that we may be unconsciously carrying, creating space for something new to emerge.

🤍 Integrate & soften back into the body

We’ll close with integration, oracle cards & quiet reflection, allowing you to carry insights from the session into the weeks ahead with steadiness and ease.

There are moments in life when we’re called to pause, breathe, and listen - not with the mind, but with the body, the heart, and the deeper places within us that already know the way forward. This session is one of those moments.

As we collectively begin our descent from endless days of summer sun into the cooler, darker days of Autumn, we find ourselves at the brink of transition. A quiet portal where the air shifts, the light softens and the shadows darken. We may feel these shifts deeply within our body.

Whether your summer has been filled with boundless energy and dreams ignited or felt strained and exhausting, this session will help seal up the season and make way for something new.

Autumn invites us back into routine, into the sacred art of turning inward and we need resource. May this morning together offer that resource, a space for replenishment.

Together we'll honour our own internal rhythm as an echo of nature's external dance. This is a space to land, to breathe, to listen. Through the medicine of breath, we honour the ending of one cycle and make space for the beginning of another.

What is Breathwork?

Transformational Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses the breath to clear the body and nervous system of emotional debris. It is a somatic healing practise with the capacity to move and transform stuck emotional energy.

Olivia is a trauma informed, IFS trained Breathwork Facilitator, Space Holder, Intuitive Guide, Writer and passionate Self-Healer. She believes deeply that we are our own healers, and in the true alchemy of our own breath.

Olivia's journey through, and recovery from, substance addiction, self-harm, depression and developmental trauma has gifted her a unique insight into our wondrous ability as humans to heal ourselves, and an unshakeably solid foundation to hold space for your unfolding with boundless compassion and empathy.

Breathwork is the yellow brick road to the home within yourself. On the other side of the breath is a place of self-discovery, of clarity, of pure love. It is her deepest joy and privilege to share this with you.
