Paul has had a lifelong interest in breathwork for wellbeing. He suffered from severe asthma as a child and learnt breathing techniques in his early teens to help. The exercises transformed him from a habitual mouth breather to a nose breather. In a short space of time his health returned to normal and he has not experienced any asthma-related issues since.

He deepened his learning and now uses breath work protocols to enhance rest and performance with his patients.

Paul is a qualified doctor of chiropractic and combines his professional experience in anatomy, neurology and physiology with modern techniques to restore wellbeing naturally.
