💫 I’m Aliyah, a Somatic Trauma Therapist, Coach, and Breathwork Practitioner, and I founded Breathe Feel Heal — a nurturing brand and integrative practice dedicated to supporting your healing & self-growth journey. From 1-1 sessions and coaching groups, to breathwork sessions, immersive workshops and retreats, I create a safe space for you to reconnect mind & body, release adaptive & unconscious patterns, and step into your authentic self.

Are you struggling to manage feelings of anxiety? Are you feeling stressed, overwhelmed? Are you lacking focus, demotivated, feeling disconnected? Perhaps you're seeking more tools to self-regulate & rebalance? Are you seeking recovery support through depression, addictions or burnout? Is there suppressed anger you want to work through and release? Perhaps there is unresolved trauma in the body? It is often this unhealed trauma in the body that drives our feelings and behaviour and disconnects us from our true, authentic self.

Take time out for ‘YOU’ to access inner peace, find a deeper connection and help regain a sense of control and clarity for yourself. You will learn how to use the power of your breath, your internal medicine to manage and relieve any emotional and mental struggles such as anxiety, stress or depression. It will teach you how to access deep relaxation. It will improve the quality of your sleep. It offers a chance to confront and release suppressed emotions and unresolved trauma (should the breath take you there I'll offer the necessary support). You will take away tools you can use day-to-day that overall will improve your emotional, mental and physical health and even enhance your exercise/yoga practice.

What happens in this sessions?

It is a 1h session that will start with some teachings about the breath and gentle breath opening exercises. We will set intentions, I will guide you into conscious connected breathing that will be more active (deep, faster belly breathing), breath holds to discharge and emotional releases to discharge the SNS (sympathetic nervous system/fight/flight/freeze), reduce excess cortisol and release stress, anxiety and negative emotions in the body. You do not have to go faster than feels comfortable, as long as it's conscious connected it's enough to drift depper into your body & subconscious mind.

With my guidance and coaching, I will offer positive subconscious reframing that can help you confront and release any fears and limiting beliefs you may wish to work through. Or just come with an open mind and trust the breath to guide you wherever it may want to take you.

The final part of the session will be a sequence of slow, conscious connected breathing specifically designed to activate the PNS (parasympathetic nervous system) to rebalance your body, increase HRV (heart rate variability) and teach you how to reset and regulate your nervous system to prevent & manage anxiety, stress and improve sleep quality. This will ultimately change the way you feel emotionally, mentally, and physically.

There will be a chance to ask questions or share at the end if you want to stay on a little longer.

About me:

I am a certified Therapeutic Pyscodynamic Coach, Somatic Trauma Therapist and Breathwork Therapist specialising in NARMS trauma therpay, subconscious reprogramming therapies, meditation visualisation and inner child healing. I believe that we have to do the body work as well as the mind work to fully heal and complete the neuroplasticity process and move into our true, authentic selves.

My calling is help people change their relationship with anxiety, anger, shame & depression whilst healing the roots to move into their truth. This involves resolving developmental and/or relational trauma in the body which is often the root cause. Emotions like fear, which is a simpler way of saying trauma, happen in the body. They are stored in the body via the nervous system. They create physiological responses that drive how we feel and how we behave. I believe to fully heal and grow and complete the process of neuroplasticity, we need to do the body and mind work. This is why I combine subconscious reprogramming therapy to reframe the thoughts and beliefs with somatic trauma therapy and breathwork to regulate & heal the body and teach us how to meet our needs. We cannot change the past, but we can change how we feel on the inside and what we do. Together we can release, heal and transform the trauma that gets lodged in the body and create solutions in the now to reinforce the change work.

For the past 3 years I've been running individuals and group Breathwork sessions and workshops as well as 1-1 therapy/coaching sessions in London and online. I currently run the wellness activities at Livat for the Hammermsith & Fullham community in collaboration with Hammermisth Bid & Livat.

How can Breathwork support me?

💜 Our breath is unconsciously controlled by the state of our nervous system - when we conciouscly take control of it, we can connect to the wisdom of the breath and body, and it can support the release stuck energy in the body and nervous system which is often rooted in overwheleming experiences, unexpressed feelings, supressed emotion and unresolved trauma . As we take contorl of the breath we can regualte the nervous system, remove excess cortisol & find safety in our bodies again.

The “stuck energy” in the body comes from experiences that were overwhelming, frightening, or unsupported, and as a result, our nervous system holds onto them. Because this energy hasn’t been fully processed or expressed, it can show up in our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors — creating patterns, impulses, or reactions that feel automatic. In other words, our body is still carrying the memory of what happened, and until it’s released and integrated, these patterns keep repeating, even when we consciously want to respond differently.

When we allow ourselves to Breath Feel Heal in a supported way, the experiences that once became “stuck” in the body can begin to complete. This process naturally restores a sense of wholeness and resilience.

From this place of integration, the mind shifts from being a source of overwhelm to becoming a true ally — helping us make conscious, healthier choices that align with our authentic self
