A guided breathwork journey in the park to release, reconnect, and restore.

Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or emotionally stuck? This breathwork session offers a powerful space to release tension, process emotions, and reconnect with yourself — all held gently under the open sky and trees, where nature supports your nervous system in returning to balance.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, low mood, addiction recovery, unresolved anger, or trauma stored in the body — this is a safe, supportive space to explore healing and regulation through the breath.

What to Expect:

In this 1-hour session:

  • We begin with simple teachings on the breath and its power to regulate your nervous system.
  • We'll start with deeper, rhythmic breathing, intentional breath holds followed by somatic releases to remove excess cortisol, improve resilience to stress and discharge stuck energy (e.g. supressess emotion & trauma in the body). This will allow the full nervous system reset to happen.
  • I’ll be speaking to your subconscious mind throughout to support your own reframe and shift of negative thought cycles, limiting beliefs and emotional blocks.
  • We’ll end with slow, controlled, restorative breathing to finalise the regulation of the nervous system bny activating the parasympathetic nervous system — calming your body and mind, improving sleep, and increasing heart rate variability (HRV).

This session is grounded in nature — under the trees, sky, and fresh air — helping your heart and body sync naturally with the rhythms around you. It’s a powerful space to unwind, realign, and return to your authentic self.

Instructions:

  • Please bring your own yoga mat (if you don't have one, please let me know).
  • Bring water for afterwards
  • Bring a warm layer of clothing in case you get chilly towards the end as we slow down the breath.

About me:

I’m a Somatic Trauma Therapist, Self-Development Coach and Breathwork Practitioner , specialising in childhood and relational trauma, somatic therapy (a mind-body approach that goes beyond traditional talk therapy), subconscious reprogramming, meditation visualisations, and inner child healing. I am based in London and now moving up to Lichfield 🙏

I believe true healing and growth happen when we work with both mind and body. Trauma and suppressed emotions aren’t just thoughts — they are held deeply in our nervous system and physical body, often causing us to get stuck in repetitive mental & behaviour patterns.

By working somatically, we can access and release what’s stored in the body, helping to clear these unconscious blocks. This process allows the mind to let go of limiting beliefs it has learned based on past experiences.

When body and mind realign, we gain the power to break free from unhealthy cycles in our behaviors, feelings, thoughts, and relationships — patterns that no longer serve us but have been driven by what’s trapped inside. This integrated healing creates space for new, conscious choices, leading to healthier relationships and a more authentic, fulfilling life.

I support clients in resolving past experiences (trauma), difficult family dynamics and heal attachment styles and improve relationships These will allow us to leave the past int he past, and move forward into our true authentic selves, create lasting secure relationships, and ultimately feel more aligned.

My calling is help people change their relationship with anxiety, anger, shame & depression whilst healing the roots to move into their truth. This involves resolving developmental and/or relational trauma in the body which is often the root cause. Supressed emotions like fear, which is a simpler way of saying trauma, happen in the body. They are stored in the body via the nervous system. They create physiological responses that drive how we feel and how we behave. I believe to fully heal and grow and complete the process of neuroplasticity, we need to do the body and mind work. This is why I combine subconscious reprogramming therapy to reframe the thoughts and beliefs with somatic trauma therapy and breathwork to regulate & heal the body and teach us how to meet our needs. We cannot change the past, but we can change how we feel on the inside NOW and make new choices aligned with your true self today. Together we can release, heal and transform the trauma that gets lodged in the body and create solutions in the now to reinforce the change work.

For the past 4 years I've been running individuals and group Breathwork sessions and workshops as well as 1-1 therapy/coaching sessions in London and online. I am moving to Lichfield and wanted to start offering this here :)

On the other side of the Breathwork experience lies a sense of liberation and freedom beyond anything you could possibly imagine. The ultimate reset. You will feel reenergised, rebalanced and come away with more clarity, focus and trusting your intuition.
