About this event

This guided breathwork journey involves conscious breathing (with breath holds) all set to a modern music soundtrack that will ease you into a deep meditative state. Experience how working with your breath allows you to access a deeper connection to your body, mind, heart, and soul - quickly and effectively.

During this 60 minute online live session held on the 1st & 3rd Wednesday of every month, you will be safely and gently guided through a breathing practice which can release emotions, stress and anxiety stored in the body. By the end you will have found a deep state of calm.

Benefits of breathwork are similar to sound baths, including:

- Stress relief

- Lowered blood pressure

- Reduced inflammation and boosted immunity

- Better sleep

- Increased energy

- Improved focus

Great for anyone new to breathwork as well as those with experience.

This is a virtual session which you can join from the comfort of your home - or anywhere with an internet connection. Here are a few tips for making the most of your virtual experience:

* Listen with high quality headphones or a good sound system

* Make sure you'll be warm and comfortable with a blanket and pillow

* Use an eye mask to go deeper into the experience

* Limit distractions as much as possible

* Allow yourself to simply receive the sound and see where it takes you
