Join me for a series of fortnightly breathwork classes designed to help you release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself.
Each class will also be infused with Reiki energy healing to support emotional release, deepen relaxation and bring balance to your body and mind. These sessions are based on Soma Breath® — a powerful practice that blends ancient pranayama techniques with modern science. Through rhythmical breathing, guided meditation, and high vibrational music, Soma Breath helps to:
