Thanks for making it this far! "Therapy without having to talk about it" - That's one way to describe breathwork. Some sessions are more intense and some sessions are more calm, you're in control and you set the pace. 
Every Wednesday we try out different breathing techniques so I can educate you in how to benefit your own health and living.  Each session includes 45 minutes breathing, 30 minute breath science and 15 minutes for sharing and Q&A.
