Location: Wellbeing Space, Floor 2, Plus X Innovation

Join Carolina in our Wellness Space for an afternoon breathwork session designed to awaken your body, release built-up stress, and then soothe your nervous system!


Using the conscious connected breathwork technique followed by a calming savasana, you will be supported by Carolina to tap into an altered state of consciousness to help you reconnect to your body. Don't miss out on this opportunity to dive deep into the power of your breath!
