We'll begin with a gentle meditation to help you drop out of your busy mind and into a calmer, more grounded state. From this settled place, we'll move into rhythmic breathing techniques that work in harmony with the immersive soundscape surrounding you. This soundscape has been designed exclusively for this workshop to match the rhythm of your breath, creating a seamless fusion between sound and technique that amplifies the transformative power of each practice. Through conscious breath holds, you’ll create space within your body and mind - allowing stress to release and something fresh to emerge.
This isn't just breathwork; it's a full-body, sonic experience that will leave you feeling euphoric, grounded and deeply connected to yourself.

ABOUT MARCH RUSSELL
March Russell is a London-based certified breathwork facilitator and founder of the Ripple Effect app and community. Having personally navigated depression and anxiety in his early twenties, March discovered breathwork's profound capacity to transform mental health and nervous system regulation. His mission is simple: to make science-backed breathwork accessible to everyone.
Working with companies including Google and Tesla, March teaches practical breathing techniques designed to manage stress, anxiety, and sleep issues while boosting energy and performance. As a professional member of the International Breathwork Foundation, March brings both lived experience and professional training to create supportive experiences that help people discover their natural ability to build resilience and find balance.

This breathwork experience is designed to be a safe, beneficial, and transformative practice. You are always in control of your experience and are encouraged to breathe at your own pace. Some breathwork practices may produce physical sensations or emotional releases and aren't right for everyone. It is essential that you take full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing. Please read the information below. By signing up to this event, you confirm that you and all other parties attending on your booking acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. I am participating in Breathwork sessions and health coaching by March Russell and March Collective Ltd. I understand that these sessions and coaching in general, involve techniques that may have physical and emotional effects.
2. I am responsible for disclosing any medical conditions or medications I am currently taking that may affect my ability to participate in the coaching sessions safely. I have read and understood the potential risks and contraindications.
3. I understand that the Breathwork sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment, and I should consult with a qualified healthcare professional for any medical or psychological concerns.
4. I understand that I am free to leave the Breathwork Sessions/Course at any time for any reason. If at any time during the Breathwork Sessions/Course, I feel the need for any assistance, medical or otherwise, I agree to notify March Russell immediately and take full responsibility for the same, including leaving the course and obtaining appropriate care. If I fail to seek the required medical care or ignore medical advice, including that from March Russell, I understand and agree to do so at my sole risk.
5. I hereby release March Russell and March Collective Ltd, its employees, organizer(s), venue, representatives and all associated parties from any and liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in this coaching.
6. I agree to follow all instructions and guidelines provided by March Russell and March Collective Ltd during the sessions.
