We're excited to be collaborating together to bring this workshop to life. The powerful medicines of breath and sound vibration; the fundamentals of life.
Conscious connected breathwork is a simple yet powerful practice that involves deep, circular breathing, giving access to heightened states of awareness for relaxation, self-exploration and healing.
During this workshop we'll warm up with some gentle breathing practices then go into the main breathing practice. Using elements from a shamanic lineage of breathwork, we'll go deep within the practice to unlock anything the body has been holding on to and gently let go of it. The power of breath can enhance your physical and mental health, boost your immunity and cardiovascular strength, and bring states of deep relaxation and calm. We'll end with a gentle sharing circle if anyone would like to share their experiences and connect with others.
After the breathe we stay laying to recieve the sound journey by Pip that will allow the mind, body and spirit to process and begin to integrate all that was shifted with the breathwork.

What to bring/wear:
- Clothes that are loose fitting and comfortable
- Journal & pen
- Water bottle
- An eye mask
- Any sacred items you may want to bring to add to the altar for the session.
Try not to eat a big, heavy meal up to 1.5 hours before the session begins. If you need to, try to make it light snack.
