Our breath is one of the most underrated tools that we have. It is always with us and when we learn to utilise it we are able to alter our nervous system.

Amy Brown is a clincial hypnotherapist and breathwork coach and will teach you a selection of techniques that can be used individually or together.

Absolutely. This is a class for adults, whatever experience or level you may be.

How old do I have to be to attend?

This is a class designed for adults.

How should I prepare for the session?

Sit somewhere private, where you feel safe and you have a good Wi-Fi connection. Ask others to give you privacy while you attend. Use a computer or a tablet if you can. It is best if your hands are free and you have a larger screen image. You may like to use cushions or blankets too.
