Breath with Lisa Winn - Friday 2nd May at 9:30 AM GMT. This in-person event will take place at The Claygate Clinic, Claygate.

The Breathwork Meditation is a one-hour workshop based on rhythmic breathing and uplifting music. It is designed to help participants become very efficient at using oxygen and build a tolerance to carbon dioxide.

Energised Meditation helps people slow down their breathing to less than 10 breaths per minute and encourages people to breathe through their nose.

The Energised Meditation Routine is designed to release tension from the body, boost your mood, and be a super-effective breathwork meditation.

Anyone can take part in the Energised Meditation Routine – if you can breathe, you can do it!
