What do I need to bring

Please bring a yoga mat, cushion or meditation block, blanket for meditation, note book and an open mind.

What Can I Expect During the Workshop?

Our workshops typically include a short energised movement section, learn new breath meditation techniques.

Is there a Dress Code for the Workshop?

There's no specific dress code. Wear something that makes you feel comfortable and reflects your personal style. Some participants choose to wear comfortable clothing for activities like yoga or meditation, but it's entirely up to you.

Are Beginners Welcome?

Absolutely! Our workshops are open all backgrounds and levels of experience. Whether you're new to self-discovery and personal growth or have been on this journey for a while, you'll find value in this breath session.
