About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

Join us for a restful and restorative breathwork session by the River Avon, infused with the calming energy of water. Often in our busy lives we can forget to slow down and get caught up in the chaos of the world. Through guided techniques, you’ll connect with your body, quiet your mind, and create space for a deeper connection with yourself and the natural world. The session is open to all experience levels in breathwork, and for those who wish, it will be followed by a wild swim!

Things you may want to bring with you:

- Water
- Swimming Gear
- Towel
- Suncream

The event site is reached via a short walk which includes steps from the car park. This event is designed for adults and may not be suitable for children. Please reach out if there are any accessibility concerns, we will try our best to accommodate where possible.

Meeting place: Meet in the carpark next to Beeses Restaurant Wyndham Crescent, Brislington, BS4 4SX. What3words: relay.regime.swan

The Festival of Nature is back from the 7-15th June in the West of England and online!

This year our theme is WATER. Wherever you are, find out how you can help protect our precious water habitats at home. We hope you have fun, try something new, and – most importantly – feel inspired to take action for nature.

Festival of Nature is organised by the Natural History Consortium a collaboration of 13 organisations working together on a shared mission: to engage everyone with the natural world through collaborative action.
