Brew a Beer Day
Wed 5 April 2017, 07:30 – 14:30 BST
This day is perfect for anyone has ever wanted to have a go at brewing a beer in a working brewery. Step into the shoes of a brewer and assist with important daily duties of our intimate East London micro-brewery. Find out exactly what goes into creating deliciously refreshing ales such as Ace of Spades and Jack of Clubs. Kick things off with breakfast and during the day, sit down as a group for a well-earned lunch and tutored beer tasting. Sample four of Wild Cards very best brews, all lovingly made by female head brewer Jaega Wise, and learn the handy art of matching food with beer. Leave with two beers, a t-shirt and an understanding of Wild Card's genuine passion for producing beer.
