Brexit - implications for the workplace.

The session will consider the implications of Brexit for HR including
· Impact on the labour market
· Immigration policy and migrant workers
· Workforce planning and talent management
· Employment regulation


Ben Willmott leads the CIPD’s Public Policy team, which works to inform and shape debate, government policy and legislation in order to champion better work and working lives. His particular

research and policy areas of interest include: Skills and labour market policy; leadership and management; employee engagement and wellbeing; and absence and stress management.

Ben joined the CIPD in 2003 as an adviser on employee relations. Prior to joining the CIPD he was news editor and employment law editor at Personnel Today magazine.

He has an LLM in Employment law from Kingston University.

This event is free of charge for CIPD members, although booking is essential. There is a charge of £25 for non-members . (please note that refunds will not be issued less than 10 days prior to this event).
