Brexit, Migration and Labour Market Participation in Scotland
Mon 24 October 2016, 09:30 – 16:30 BST
The prospect of Brexit carries unprecedented and wide-reaching implications for Scotland’s labour market.
This one day event will bring together key policy makers, academics and voluntary organisations to discuss and deliberate the issues raised. It will be informed by economists, academics who work on labour migration, social policy and legislation, policy makers and influencers, and the voluntary sector. We will pool what we already know, identify what we need to know to plan for the future and how we can work together to address these needs.
This event will appeal to those interested in contributing to thinking on this important topic at this critical moment for Scotland.
