Balfour Beatty are predicting labour shortages and last July Standard Life stopped withdrawals from its UK Real Estate Fund. But the UK Construction Purchasing Managers Index showed a rise to 52.3 from 49.2 recorded in August and nearly reached 55 by the end of the year with housing a particular area of growth. So is Brexit really all doom and gloom or just a small bump in the eternally cyclical nature of the Construction and Property sector?
