Event description

Description

We are pleased to invite you to a round table event with Prof. David Phinnemore of QUB.

At this event, members will hear the latest updates on the Brexit process and be able to discuss the impacts on their own areas of work with Prof. Phinnemore and other attendees. The intention is to encourage information sharing and networking on Brexit issues between NIGAG members.

Attendance is limited to 15 places and will be allocated on a first come first served basis - so please note that we cannot accept more than one attendee per organisation.

A light lunch will be served at 12.30.

About David Phinnemore

David Phinnemore is Professor of European Politics and a Dean of Education at Queen’s University Belfast. He is also a Visiting Professor at the College of Europe in Bruges. His academic interests are focused on the European Union – notably its constitutional development, institutions and decision making, external relations and enlargement. Inevitably much of his current work is focused on the process and potential implications of Brexit, the form that a new UK-EU relationship might take, and the consequences of Brexit for the EU and for Northern Ireland.
