About this Event

As of 31st January 2020, the United Kingdom formally ceased its membership of the European Union. We are currently in a period of transition until the 31st December, 2020 to allow for trade and immigration arrangements to be reached, if possible.

During the transition period existing provisions around free movement of people will remain as they were. From 1st January, 2021 however business will need to have plans in place to support their workforce through a period of change.

In this webinar we will cover key areas of people contingency planning, including the main considerations you need to consider; to prepare you for Deal or No Deal outcomes.

Lesley has delivered HR support and advice for over 14 years, in the Public, Private and Voluntary sectors, and has an excellent understanding of many different types of businesses, including those with offices in both UK and Europe. As a Business Support Consultant since 2014 Lesley regularly advises and supports clients on managing change, contingency planning and implementing changes in employment law.

Lesley largely works across Wales, and the UK and has an excellent understanding of the context of working in different locations and with managers and staff at different levels of the organisation.

Lesley has experience of working face to face and remotely and has access to a wealth of relevant information and contacts that can assist organisations manage the current challenges.
