12.15 on Friday 27 October
As 2017 dawns, Britain is still taking stock of the implications of Brexit and there is still much debate about how and when and perhaps even if the country will actually leave the EU. We will be hosting a series of quarterly informal lunches with guest speakers to debate the real issues facing businesses in all sectors across North Yorkshire. Each event will place an emphasis on open debate and will focus on specific issues, questions and priorities posed by the audience. The first lunch, at 12.15 on Friday 27th January will be attended by Richmond MP Rishi Sunak and Mark Casci, Business Editor of The Yorkshire Post who will both be debating the potential opportunities and challenges Brexit presents. A Supreme Court ruling is also expected to be announced before the end of the month which could further shape the discussion.
Tickets are £25 per session include lunch. To book please contact the Garden Rooms reception on 01969 621146 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. To book all 4 sessions for £90 please contact the Garden Rooms on 01969 621146.
