What should I expect?

We are a social-focused run club, where local women come to move our bodies, but whilst enjoying socialising and meeting local women. Pace is not the focus of this group! It's all about having a chat whilst doing something good for us.

How is the run club ran?

Our group leader will introduce themselves at the beginning of the session, along with any pacers. The route will be explained, and there will be 5 mins for everyone to warm up independently. We always set off together, and regroup at 2.5km. We always meet at the end before saying goodbye!

Question 3

Is there a bag drop?

Accepted Answer

There is a bag drop on Sunday mornings. Unfortunately, there is no bag drop on a Wednesday evening. Please come in clothing that you can run in, and bring a layer in the colder months.

Is there anything else I need to know before I come?

Accepted Answer

The only other thing is to make sure that your in good health and able to run on the day. By coming, you're agreeing to our waiver (full waiver on our FB joining questions): that you're running at your own risk, any loss or damage to personal items is at your own risk, you consent to photography.
