This half day workshop on WorldHost Ambassador Training is available for free to residents and small local businesses in the Sincil Bank and lower High Street area of Lincoln.
Bricks & Bones is a community focused project with a main goal of producing an arts and heritage trail in the Sincil Bank and lower High Street area of Lincoln. The content of the project will be developed by the local community, with support from partners and commissioned professional artists. This WorldHost Ambassador Training will complement the project by offering local residents and businesses a chance to get involved with promoting the trail in order to entice visitors and tourists to explore the lower High Street area and attract them to use the businesses located there.
WorldHost training has been used to train over one million people worldwide in the skills and techniques to deliver excellent customer service to thousands of people who visit our towns and cities each year. This training session has been adapted to incorporate the heritage of the Sincil Bank and lower High Street area of Lincoln, in order to support the development of the Bricks & Bones arts and heritage trail.
For those looking to improve their employability, completion of the course could lead to progression within the hospitality, customer service, retail, travel and tourism sectors. The course will improve the customer service offer for local businesses. Upon successful completion of the course, attendees will receive an accredited certificate.
