What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Due to irregular planned engineering work on certain lines, it is advised to check the London journey planner before travel, to find best available routes. For up to date travel advice visit the Transport for London website and use ‘SOUTH QUAY’ as the destination station.
After arriving at South Quay station, leave the station and turn left, the Hilton, Canary Wharf is located a couple of minutes walk down the road and will be on your left hand side.
The hotel has a chargeable carpark with limited spaces, there is alternative parking options on the roads surrounding the hotel.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
It is preferable that you bring your ticket to the event, to gurantee your free entry, however if you do forget your print out, we will be able to locate your registry.
