Join us in cheering on our cyclists as they start the first day of our Oxford to Venice bike ride
We've set ourselves an ambitious task to cycle 1,100 km from Oxford to Venice to celebrate 100 years of our 'Bridge of Sighs'. The first day of the journey will set off from under the Bridge of Sighs in Oxford on 19th July, and arrive in Portsmouth later that same day. There will be around 100 cyclists taking part, some joining us just for the day and some just warming up for their journey all the way to Venice.
We will be providing food and getting in the party mood with music playing from 7 am. Cyclists will be briefed at 7.15 am, and then start pedalling away from 8 am. All alumni and friends of the college are welcome to join us, and to bring a guest.
Our cyclists are all raising money for student support at Hertford. We hope you will want to support our cyclists with a donation, which you can make with your booking or on our JustGiving pages.
If you have any questions please contact the Development Office on +44(0)1865 279428 or email email@example.com.
What is the dress code?
Where can I park?
Unfortunately we can't offer parking at Hertford; it is the downside of having a compact site in the centre of Oxford! We usually recommend Oxford's park and ride service.
