VIBE Youth presents VIBES BRIDGING COMMUNUTIES EVENT - A gathering of diverse individuals coming together to celebrate unity and connection. Join us at the Swansea Building Society Arena for a inspiring day filled with interactive workshops, storytelling, creative arts and music. Swansea residents of all ages, we would love you to join us - Your presence, your voice, and your story matter. This is your space, your pace, and your power.

Who can attend?

The event is open to all members of the public. Whether you're a local resident, a young person, an elder, a community worker, you're warmly invited to join us.

Is there an entry fee?

No. The event is completely free to attend, thanks to support from theNational Lottery Community Fund. However, you must book through eventbrite and no walkins will be allowed on the day.

What time does the event start and finish?

Doors open at 9:45 am with the event starting at 10am and finishing at 5pm.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, Swansea Arena is wheelchair accessible and offers accessible seating, restrooms, and assistance services. Please inform us in advance if you have specific access needs.

Will there be a quite space if I feel overwhelmed

Yes. There will be a quite zone for those who need to take a minutes away from the main activities. VIBE staff will be on hand to provide support.

Will food and refreshments be available?

Lunch will not be provided during the break. But don’t worry! You’re in luck, there are plenty of great local spots nearby where you can grab something tasty.

Can young people take part in the event?

Absolutely! Young people are not only welcome they're at the heart of this event but we recommend children attending are aged 8 and above to fully particpate in the event.

Will a room be available for prayer?

Yes, you will be allocated a room for prayer during the event, just ask VIBE staff for directions
