The Melting Pot is Scotland’s Centre for Social Innovation. An inspiring community of people striving to make the world a better place. Through coworking, collaboration and learning, we develop our members, support their businesses and amplify their social impact.

The cluster is a vehicle to showcase Strathclyde University’s distinctive approach to innovation & its socially progressive values. The cluster will focus on making an impact on the communities and citizens that surround and interact with the University and will address a number of ‘grand challenges

What is the structure of this event?

This is a facilitated event, where you will hear from inspiring speakers and then have the opportunity to connect and learn from other attendees from diverse communities & sectors. Whether you love or hate networking, we promise you will leave feeling inspired and you will have met new people.

Our events all centre around purposeful networking and creating impact. We work in partnership across sectors to create an inclusive space for meaningful connection, enlightening conversations and sparking action in our communities to create positive social impact for people and the planet.

Why is there a ticket fee?

With your ticket fee we can cover our costs and reinvest a percentage of profits back into fostering social innovation and impact in Scotland. Your ticket price enables us to do that.

What if I can't afford a ticket?
