Across three interactive, 60-minute sessions, trauma-informed parent coach Fatima Sohawon guides you through a holistic understanding of screen and gaming addiction—drawing on psychology, and parent coaching approaches. You’ll learn how to confidently navigate these challenges while strengthening connection and trust with your child.

Fatima is a trauma-informed parent coach specialising in emotional regulation and parent–child connection. She is inspired by the resilience and grit that some people have to overcome their challenges, embracing failure as part of the process and having the vision to see ahead of the short term discomfort.
