In this workshop, we'll look at a Best Practice approach to communication between staff and management in times of difficult change, and the place of mindfulness in employee engagement.
There are two halves to our approach: we'll look at how responsible leaders communicate change, and we'll also consider how employees can help themselves manage change.
We'll examine some case studies where change has been problematic and we'll introduce some engagement and mindfulness tools to improve communication and bridge the gap between leadership and employees.
We'll explore what an organisational strategy that used these tools might look like.
And there will be time for your questions and thoughts.
