About this event

Join this Market insights & innovator support workshop

  • If you are unfamiliar with the NHS and or have been frustrated by not knowing how it really works this taster session will introduce you to both the challenges you may face and the support available to help you to identify factors you will need to consider as you approach and engage with the NHS.
  • The NHS and wider health system has structures and processes that may limit the speed and level of uptake of your technology. Understanding factors that may inhibit the expected levels of uptake being achieved will enable you to make more informed business decisions earlier. This is an introduction to how AHSNs can support you from early through later stage pre-scaling preparation as well as scaling at pace.
  • You will hear from AHSN Network Commercial Directors Rob Berry, KSS AHSN and Russ Watkins, NENC AHSN. The session will provide the opportunity for Q&A discussion and sharing of best practice and examples from across the country.
  • You will also hear about how you can request a 1:1 advice and support session with an expert from the AHSN Network who can either advise or provide you with further insights and support.
  • This workshop is part of a two day Bridging the Gap conference on Thursday 11 and Friday 12 March that will include strategic updates and sessions designed to help innovators navigate the NHS. Participants will be able to join panel discussions, workshops and 1:1 advice sessions at a fully subsidised event that's open to all health technology companies.
