Event description

Description

Dorset Blind Association's Bright for Sight Night Run is coming to Weymouth on Saturday 13th April!

Following on from our hugely popular Bright for Sight Night Run on Boscombe Seafront, we have brought our fun run to Weymouth Seafront! We want you to help mark this special occassion by going 'Bright for Sight' and taking on our 5k or 10k Night Run. So get your glow sticks, head torches and neon paint at the ready!

Entry is £15 per person (group discounts available). Advanced registration is essential either through eventbrite or by contacting us directly for an entry form. Registration opens at 7:30pm, run will start at 8:30pm.

What's included:
- Your 'Bright for Sight' medal
- Pre-race Clubbercise warm up
- Runners goodie bag
- Water points
- First aiders on hand

To celebrate our 100th year, we are encouraging runners to go the extra mile by raising £100 in sponsorship. £100 would enable 20 vulnerable people to be visited in their homes by our caring volunteers, supporting your community even further.

  • Simply set up an online giving page, go to: justgiving.com/dorsetblind
  • Complete the sponsorship form that you will receive upon signing up

'Bright for Sight' glow packs are available to purchase in advance and are to be collected on the night. This includes everything you need to be glow-ready; neon paint, glow sticks, a neon tutu and more! Limited availability, so order now to avoid disappointment. Pre - order available until 13th March.
