An opportunity to meet and network with inspiring new young entrepreneurs and learn from experienced business owners, in an infomal and friendly environment.
Young entrepreneurs have the opportunity to discuss big business issues they are facing and receive advice, support and feedback from people who have been there and done it.
Listen to Bright Ideas Trust beneficiary Amy, of Amiwigs, being interviewed by our founder, Tim Campbell MBE and entrepreneur Kuldip Singh Sahota, CEO of Mr Singh's. Kuldip tells us:
"My Dad, AKA Popa Singh or Pops, has always loved chilli. In 1985 during a family BBQ to celebrate the birth of my brother Rav, he decided to create his own chilli sauce because he felt the other options available were not good enough.
He always had a dream for his family to work, live and play together.
Fast forward to today, after I risked £900 on my credit card to turn an idea into a brand, Mr Singh's is stocked by Selfridges, Sainsburys, Booths, Asda, Ocado, 450+ local shops and sold worldwide. The brand has reached millions of people and continues to grow."
Kuldip promises to take us through the journey from growing up in East London, being surrounded by the wrong and the right people, starting a business by accident, sharing his mistakes and lessons along the way too. Most importantly he will do what he can to help you further your own dreams.
Not to be missed! Registration opens at 17.45 and the event starts at 18.15.
