Can I join when I have a food intolerance?

Most of the chocolate tasters have dairy and gluten. Therefore, we cannot cater for special dietary requirements.

Can I bring my child(ren)?

Our tours are adult only as we do a fair amount of walking. We do exceptions though and look at a case by case basis. Children who join the tour need to be able to walk at the pace of the group.

Do tours go ahead when the weather is bad?

Yes, tours always go ahead, unless there is an official weather warning.

How long in advance should I book a tour

We recommend you to book at least 48 hours ahead. For last minute bookings, please get in touch.

What is your refund policy?

For Tours up to 10 people Cancellations made less than 5 days before the tour start: No Refund Cancellations made between 7 and 5 days before the tour start: 50% Refund Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour start: 80% Refund
