The marathon route takes runners through the heart of Brighton, showcasing the city’s most famous landmarks, from the lively seafront to the picturesque streets. You’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the English Channel, pass by the famous Brighton Pier, and run past historic sites like the Royal Pavilion and the Brighton Wheel.
Whether you’re a first-time marathoner or a seasoned athlete, running the Brighton Marathon is an incredible challenge—and by running for Guy’s Cancer Charity, you’ll be making a real difference for people affected by cancer.

We ask all of our incredible runners to commit to raising £600 to help fund life-changing research, treatment, and care for cancer patients at Guy’s Cancer. Your fundraising will directly support those affected by cancer and help provide the very best treatment and support.
