Camille was that classic image of a stressed out working mum. Her job and my daughter took up my every waking hour with sleep lost due to stress and worry. Working long hours in a demanding job was leaving her exhausted and playing havoc with her physical and mental health. It’s a very familiar picture that a huge number of people around the country would recognise when they look in the mirror. After her daughter became seriously ill. Everything changed.

The experience of seeing her child through the illness left Camille with PTSD, anxiety & depression. This, finally, made her realise that her own wellbeing was important too and without it Camille couldn’t be as much of a help to her daughter, and now son too.

Floatation therapy, yoga and meditation all helped the recovery process, it impressed her so much that she built a business around it. With the success of The Float Spa – starting from nothing and leading to a clientele of over 20,000 people and Camille being invited to the House of Lords – and everything Camille has learned through running it and immersing herself in the wellbeing world, she now wants to share her knowledge of the importance of self care to help people live happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives.

Change can be hard and bad habits hard to break so Camille has trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine as a Health Coach , in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Behavioural Science, Habit Coaching and Meditation to help people focus on forming good habits to achieve their health, wellbeing and fitness aspirations. She offers group workshops and one to one coaching to support her clients in making very small easy changes which add up to a huge impact on their health, fitness and happiness.
