Flung into new (or renewed) parenthood have you had a moment to be creative while your babe in arms is safely nearby? Come along to our zine club to get across how youre feeling in written, collage and multi printed form!
A zine is a written self-published mini-magazine and it’s a great way to get your ideas out there, or just to a select group of friends.
There will be toys and sparkly things for young babies to enjoy while you have some time to create a zine.
Another option is to contribute to a group compilation zine, our club made Naptrapped #1 earlier this year which is full of book reviews, personal writing, bring your baby tips, Lambeth’s best baby-changes and lots of thoughts and advice from Lambeth parents of babies. Get a copy for £3 from Brixton, Carnegie, West Norwood or Upper Norwood Library.
Open to parents/carers of pre-crawling babies, but older children welcome too!
