Why this gathering?

Something special happened the first time.

We hosted the first Bring Your Brand in July as an experiment — a space for founders, makers, and creatives to come together without pressure. The room was filled with thoughtful people, meaningful conversations, and a sense of “I didn’t know how much I needed this.”

The feedback was deeply positive, and many asked when the next one would be.

So we’ve decided to continue, now with even more intention, more structure, and more support behind it.

Whether you are scaling or just starting up, this event is a chance to connect with other founders and share your products and ideas with the community.

It’s an opportunity to gain visibility, meet like-minded people on a similar path, and practice showing up (which isn’t always easy).

What to expect

• Friendly energy, warm welcomes, and honest conversations

• Tables to share or display your product, service, or story (bring samples, visuals if you have some)

• Light structure, including conversation cards, reflection prompts, and optional themed tables (collaboration, investment, mentoring, creative support)

• Coffee and tea, with an invitation to slow down and connect

• Space to speak about your work, share what you need, and discover what others are building

The format will adapt depending on the number of attendees, always in service of the group and the energy in the room.

This is for founders and creatives who are ready to step into more visibility, more connection, and more momentum in what they’re building.

Practical details

The venue will be in West or Central London (W8 or nearby) and will be confirmed at least 10 days before the event. We choose the space based on the size and energy of the group.

Refund policy: Tickets are non-refundable, but you are welcome to pass your spot to another amazing founder or creative if you can’t attend. Just email us their name so we can welcome them.

Frequently asked questions

Where will the event take place?

The venue will be confirmed closer to the date and will depend on the number of people attending. We work with a few venues in West&Central London (W8 or nearby), and we’ll select the space that best suits the group size and energy. You’ll receive the exact location at least 10 days before the event

What should I bring?

Bring your product, sample, or item/s that represents your brand. There will be shared tables to place your items, cards, or little stories.

Will I have to pitch or present?

You’ll be invited to introduce yourself and your brand if you’d like, but the format is very warm and open.

What's the timing?

Doors open at 3:50 pm and we wrap up by 6pm

Will there be place to display my product?

Yes, we will make sure there are tables for displaying your products.

Why are you doing this?

We know how hard and lonely building something can be.The first event that we run in July was very successful. The energy was real, the feedback beautiful. We're continuing with more intention and care. This time, the small ticket fee helps support the space and the experience for everyone attending

Can I come if I don’t have a product?

Absolutely. The gathering is for founders, creators, dreamers, and people bringing ideas to life whether you’re already out there or still shaping what’s next. Your presence is part of what makes the space come alive. It supports those showing their work and invites conversations. So yes, please!

What is the refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable. If you can’t attend, you’re welcome to pass your spot to another amazing founder or creative. Just email us their name so we know who to expect.
