Johnny Beamish, HCL Technologies

Johnny Beamish is the Head of Business Transformation practice across EMEA. He brings over 15 years of experience in shaping global transformation programmes, balanced with deep expertise in change management.

He has worked across a number of industries including Financial Services, Oil & Gas, Water, Electricity, and Manufacturing. He has held leadership roles in Accenture, JLL and Standard Life.

Johnny brings a simplicity to solving complex client and business problems. His approach is to define the end state and behaviours, then work and structure people initiatives to achieve this.
