UNIVERSITY OF BRISTOL AND UWE STAFF ONLY

YOU MUST REGISTER TO ATTEND THE EVENT.

We are pleased to extend an invitation to join us at the S-Lab "Lab Excellence - Best Practice Design, Operation and Management" Conference and Exhibition. The full programme is accessible via www.effectivelab.org.uk. To attend, you need to pre-register for one of four free ticket types. Tickets booked can be changed to another ticket type until early September.

1. Full Conference Ticket - this covers entry to keynotes and all sessions, exhibition, lunch and refreshments. We are paying the venue for lunch so you are only eligible for this if attending 3 or more sessions in both the morning and afternoon. We will check that those taking lunch have met this condition.

2/3. Session Access Ticket - these tickets cover access to morning or afternoon sessions and the exhibition, but not lunch, and keynotes on a space available basis. When registering please let us know if you will be attending in the morning AM or afternoon PM to avoid refreshment waste.

4. Exhibition Only Access Ticket - this ticket covers access to the exhibition only at the 'quiet times' of 11.45 - 13.00 and 14.15 - 15.30. No lunch or refreshments.

Please note that there are a few steep inclines on the walk from the train station to the venue. There are bus options available and a taxi rank located outside the train station.

Unfortunately, there are no car park facilities at the venue. Information on local payable car parks will be provided closer to the date.
