We welcome our vendors to arrive from 7.30 am. Please use the car park immeidately in front of the venue. Please be ready for our VIP ticket holders at 9 am

9:00 AM - 10:00 AM

VIP Entry

VIP access is from 9.00 am t o10.00 am, which is a quieter time. After 10.00 am stay and enjoy the rest of the day until 4 pm

10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

General/Standard Entry

If you have a general entry ticket you will be welcomed to the show from 10.00 am.

6:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Trade Night

Is there parking?

There is free parking at the venue

What time is entry?

For VIP ticket holders entry is from 9 am each day. For general/standard tickets holders entry is at 10.00 am each day. You will not be allowed in before 10.00 am unless you have a VIP ticket or pay for an upgrade on the day.

Do I have to pay for children?

Children under 5 are free. Children aged 5-13 require a child ticket. 14+ require and adult ticket

Where is the venue?

EP1, Enterprise Park, UWE Bristol, Long Down Avenue, Stoke Gifford, Bristol. If using Google Maps please use Parking lot BS34 8RB. There are 3 car pakring sections, one right outside the venue and 2 others within a short walking distance. The venue will be signposted.

Do you offer any concessionary tickets?

Unfortunately we do not offer any concessionary tickets at this time

Is this just Pokemon?

There are Pokemon vendors, sports cards vendors and others, as well as related traders

Is the venue accessible?

Yes. There are a few steps to one part of the venue, but there is a wheelchair lift available. There are disabled toilets on site.

Is there any food and drink available?

Yes. The Cafe will be open 9 am to 4 pm on Saturday 1st and 10 am to 4 pm on Sunday 2nd. The cafe sells hot and cold food and drinks and snacks.
